Can anyone shed any light on this?
The terms of the software license agreement included with any software you download will control your use of the software. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel component products.
If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a period of ninety days after delivery by Intel.

Marvell* RAID Driver for Desktop Boards
This should be simple, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. I cracked my case back open and switched my flipped my SATA cables around. Later on, after copying my music library over to these drives actually only one of them I decide to check out what Marvell had to say and I then see only one drive is in my RAID array and the other is ‘free’!
Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Software or return all copies marfell the Software to Intel.
